Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made no later than March 17th will receive a full refund less 25 CAD in processing charges. After March 17th, no full registration refunds will be given.

Information on ticket purchasing

Your registration will only be completed and your spot secured once your conference ticket has been purchased on Yapsody and the registration form filled out.

Note that you must purchase your ticket before January 31, 2023 if you are looking to get the early bird registration price.

Information on hotel block booking

McGill has reserved hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, just a few minutes' walk from campus. Each room consists of two double beds for a total of 309 CAD for two nights: 3/31-4/1. If you are interested in reserving a room, please select “Yes” under “Are you interested in reserving a room from the hotel block booking?” when filling out the registration form. A link will be sent to you by email for the room reservation.

Note that these rates are per room and not per person. As such, ensure that only one person per group sharing a room completes the booking.

The hotel block has a limited number of rooms and we cannot guarantee space for every team. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
